Review Ransom being omitted by cutomers

Over the past few years the verios websites that host the ability to review a business or product has grown like a cheeapet's pelt. As a small business  we do everything we can to make our customers happy after all we are a service and if we fall short of providing that service we should go out of our way to make it right. I would like to talk to you about what im coining as a "Review Ransomer" this isnt a customer that didnt get a good service or product, No they are a person who knows if they threaten to write a bad review they can get some if not all of thier mony back from a small business owner for sure. You see reviews now a day are golden more then ever, the saying was "Do a bad job the unhappy person will tell ten people, Do a good job the same person may only tell one person" In today age the differance between a two star company and a five star company can make or brake a small company.
